Our Compact Underscores Our Strong Alignment

At Hill Physicians Medical Group, we know that delivering great care and being a high performing network does not happen by accident. It happens through strong partnerships with aligned physicians.

In 2025, we leaned into that belief with renewed focus, recognizing that we must be intentional, visible and real with our shared commitment. True partnership is not passive — it is a relationship that requires both clarity and courage. That’s why we introduced our Physician Compact — a shared commitment created with our physician partners to outline how we support each other.

The Physician Compact reflects a simple but powerful idea: that physicians deserve a partner in Hill Physicians Medical Group that reduces friction, brings clarity and stands alongside them in delivering care.

In return, we ask for meaningful engagement and a sustained commitment to quality, accountability and stewardship.  By year-end, nearly 80 physicians formally joined the Compact.

In 2026, we will continue conversations across the network and look forward to welcoming more providers into this shared commitment.

Beyond the Compact, Hill Physicians took meaningful steps toward improving the support we provide to physicians and care teams in their daily work. Those efforts included simplifying processes for clinical documentation and quality data capture, strengthening care coordination efforts and continually improving our authorization processes.

Our goal is to make it easier for Hill Physician practices to deliver high-quality care. This will benefit our patients and preserve the joy of practicing medicine for our physician partners.

That is why this important work will continue in 2026 and beyond. Because it matters.
