Keeping Our Laser-Focus on Serving Practices

I’m proud to share our 2025 Annual Report—a look back at a year marked by dramatic change across our industry and the communities we serve. With uncertainty and real industry challenges, your Board of Directors stayed clear-eyed and deliberate, making decisions grounded in facts, our mission, and what it takes to keep independent physician practice strong for the long term.

We also leaned on something that has guided Hill Physicians for more than 40 years: steady stewardship. We don’t see that history as something to simply preserve. We see it as a platform to build on — so we can invest in what’s next, keep our foundation strong, and be ready to lead as the market evolves.

That meant making a few big calls. We chose to expand in global risk for Medicare Advantage at a time when many partners and competitors were pulling back. And we doubled down on physician recruitment—because access, continuity, and strong clinical leadership are at the heart of high-quality care and the sustainability of independent practice.

The good news: our organization achieved nearly all of our goals for 2025. That reflects the discipline and commitment of our teams, and the partnership we share with our physicians and practices. It also shows we can keep the bar high—and still deliver—when conditions get tough.

As you read this annual report, I hope you’ll see both the steadiness of our governance and the momentum of our strategy. We head into 2026 energized by the opportunities ahead — building on our strengths, expanding access and capabilities, and staying focused on patients, quality and sustainable growth.
